Education Abroad

With this purchase, I verify that I have received an offer of admission to a UB Summer/Winter Study Abroad or Exchange Program from UB's Office of Study Abroad Programs. Through payment of this program deposit, I hereby confirm my intent to participate in the listed program. I understand that if I withdraw from this study abroad program, this deposit will not be refunded. I also understand that my participation in the Program is contingent upon my acceptance of the terms and conditions of participation, as they are described in the Study Abroad Program acceptance package.

If you will be participating in an Academic Year or Calendar Year program, please indicate the term during which you will begin your study abroad program. For example, AY 2023-24 participants should input ‘Fall 2023’ while CY 2024 participants should input ‘Spring 2024.’

Through payment of this program deposit, I hereby confirm my intent to participate in the listed program. I understand that if I withdraw from this study abroad program, this deposit will not be refunded. I also understand that my participation in the Program is contingent upon my acceptance of the terms and conditions of participation, as they are described in the Education Abroad Program acceptance package.

Fee for providing Risk Management support, including Travel Registry support to students participating in a non-credit experience that is managed outside Education Abroad.
